This is an essential element in any project we undertake. We have the ability to take our customer designs/drawings and transfer them straight into our 3D CAD/CAM system eliminating the introduction of errors at this important first stage. This reduces costs and significantly reduces the lead-time required for each of our client projects.

We have also recently invested in AutoDesk Inventor, a full 3D modelling package with which we can accept many more Industry Standard File formats, it also greatly increases the speed in which we can design and create complex models and large assemblies. In addition to creating superior documentation and drawings for our manufacturing shop floor, it also enables us to create visual assembly instructions and clear exploded views for our own assembly areas. Inventor has also been used extensively in the design of jigs, fixtures and lifting gear for specific applications designed around customer models.

With this data and using the popular RADAN system, our engineers can then quickly convert these 3D models into fully sequenced programs for a variety of different CNC machines including Laser, Punch and Brake Presses.

In addition, our programming systems can assist in the creation and manipulation of nests to achieve ultimate material utilisation.
