Our fully automated powder coating system provides an exceptional and highly durable paint finish. Parts are given a 3 stage iron phosphate pre-treatment to ensure powder adherence and afford extra corrosion resistance. As it is fully automated, our powder plant system can work 24/7 ensuring productivity is high and down time is low. This automation allows us to recycle excess powder paint, meaning we can reclaim over 80% of potentially wasted powder. This means reduced costs to our customers as well as being more environmentally friendly.

In response to our customer's requirements, we have upgraded our wet paint plant from a manual system to a semi-automated indexing system. This has increased our capacity on the wet facility to enable us to offer our customers a quicker turnaround than previously whilst helping to reduce waste during the painting process.
