We currently have 2 profile burning machines capable of burning a wide range of different steel grades, they can accept plates in excess of 150mm in thickness. The machines are programmed using our CAD systems so profiles can be nested together and waste minimised. In addition we have a Grindmaster fettling machine which automates the deburring and deslagging process.
