Our laser cutting processes are extremely flexible, meaning we can cut anything from cardboard to carpets, non ferrous and ferrous metals.

The laser cutting process results in a highly precise and cosmetic product with minimal wastage and heat input. It can produce a finished product that requires no additional machining. This enables a quick turnaround, ensuring that your products will be delivered on time with a quality finish to match.

We have three 4kW Trumpf lasers, which allow us to cut mild steel up to 20mm in thickness, stainless steel up to 15mm and aluminium up to 12mm. We also have a Trumpf 4030 laser with RotoLas capabilities; this gives us the facility to laser cut pipes up to 12mm wall thickness and 150mm diameter.
