We have 6 brake press machines within the plant ranging from 30T capacity to 170T capacity, capable of folding materials up to 4 metres in length. Our newest brake press is fitted with an easy form laser and the latest crowning technology, it can be programmed using our CAD system which ensures the quality of manufacture is exceptional and infinitely repeatable. We also have 3 power presses with up to 500 Ton capacity. Finally, in this department, we have a fastener inserting machine, which inserts self clinching fasteners to parts, this is a popular alternative to weld studs due to the accuracy and strength of the finished assembly.

This equipment provides us with the ability to tackle a wide range of products.
